This morning the sun is shining having rained all night. I am off for another walk in about half an hour (Thursday last week) to see what is springing into life in Sallow Coppice.
I am hoping that the bluebells will by now be all leafy ready to start flowering in a couple of weeks time.
The chiff chaffs should be chiff chaffing their hearts out.
Their should be trees showing their blossom, there is lots out in our garden. And there will be clumps of daffodils where once their were “squatters” living in the woods.
I hope that the wood anemones will be in abundance nodding their white star like flowers.
I am going with a friend and Dillie Dot will be with us too.
Who knows we may see deer and squirrels ( Dillie will not be pleased).
On of the delights of living in South Shropshire is the many different walks we can go on, flat walking, hill walking, woodland walking, Long, short, historical and many more besides.
