Where to start?
The Shrewsbury Arts Trail 2023 is on throughout July and August. The theme this year is movement.
There are lots of venues and lots of different art to explore.
Lyndon and I took a trip to the Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery yesterday to look at Salvador Dali’s sculptures Homage to Tersichore and The Dalinian Dancer.
There are also Picasso, LS Lowery, Barbara Hepworth and Damien Hurst paintings being displayed. Well worth going.
For various reasons, well mainly someone’s bad back, we didn’t get any further.
There is another Salvador Dali sculpture in town to see and several other places to visit with exhibitions on. It also gives the chance of exploring Shrewsbury Town Centre.
I am going with a friend to Shrewsbury Arts Trail next week.
